Kaution

Mittels Kreditkarte ist eine erstattungsfähige Kaution von EUR 1.000,– zu hinterlegen und fällig.

Not allowed! Cosy get-togethers with chilling music in the circle of the finca residents – expressly desired. The sheep in the area are used to this.

smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the house. Please also watch out for fly ash outside.

fire/barbecue

Due to legal regulations in Spain, no open fires are allowed from 30 April to 16 October (due to the increased risk of fire). Non-compliance will be punished with heavy fines. Of course, you are very welcome to use the “Weber” brand gas barbecue on the terrace for barbecuing.

pets

Only allowed after consultation with the owner of the finca and his written permission.

rubbish

Please dispose of rubbish regularly (see directions in the kitchen) – ideally every time you go shopping/excursions/etc…. We all don’t want roommates like ants, etc..

Water

There is a well in the house, but you should still use a valuable resource like water sparingly in Spain. On the other hand, the water is filtered and can even be drunk and used for cooking without hesitation.

Pool

Glasses are not allowed in the pool area due to the danger of splinters. Swim at your own risk!

Wichtig … Finca el Colibri

Failure to comply with any of the house rules (house rules) will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and loss of the total amount of the rental.

The finca can only be booked by the week (usually from Sunday to Sunday). Should you require a different arrival or departure day, please contact us.

The tourism tax (Ecotasa) will be collected in cash by the property manager upon arrival. You will receive the bill when the number of guests is announced.

Electricity: The electricity costs are charged to the guest and the kW used will be deducted from the deposit by the electricity company Endesa at the agreed price of currently € 0.30 per kw/h or paid in cash on the day of departure. Due to the in-house photovoltaic system, these will not be too high, provided you are conscious with the use of the air conditioning and do not leave it running when you are absent and/or the windows/doors are open.

Intermediate cleaning: If an intermediate cleaning of the finca is desired during a longer stay, this can be arranged with the property manager and will be settled directly with him. The costs for an intermediate cleaning are € 400,– per week.
